This space is for anyone who’s feeling a little uncentered, overwhelmed, or just ready to feel more like themselves again.

As a self-reflection obsessive, I love asking myself questions and often find myself surprised at what answers arise when I take the time to tune into my deeper self.

Each week, I’ll send you curated prompts that help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Something to help you ask better questions, and embody what’s true for you.

This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about creating space to notice what’s already true.

You can journal them, walk with them, voice memo your answers—or just let them sit with you until they open something up.

Let’s start with a few prompts that meet you exactly where you are:


Prompts:

  1. What feels heavy that I’m pretending is fine?
    Sometimes clarity starts with honesty. Let this be a safe space to name the thing.
  2. What is trying to emerge through me right now?
    A version of you is ready to be seen. What are they craving? What do they already know?
  3. How could my life change if I took this journey of self-discovery seriously?
    What might shift if you stopped waiting for clarity to arrive from outside and started listening inward instead? What would become possible if you trusted your own insight more than your fear?

If one of these prompts hits, trust it.
If they don’t? That’s okay. You’re still doing the work by simply showing up.
